About your Spiritual Health coach and guide,
Jan Lundy

Dr. Janice Lynne Lundy (DMin, MPC)
Interspiritual Educator, Author and Guide
Workshop & Retreat Leader
Jan is a renown expert in creating Spiritual Health. During her 25 year career, she has guided thousands of people into greater healing and wholeness. Her gentle, compassionate presence has touched the hearts of many who have read her books, participated in one of her programs, attended a retreat, or entrusted her with the care of their inner lives through Spiritual Direction/Guidance.
Jan is someone who walks her talk and lives out the principles she espouses. Though she has been dedicated to spiritual inquiry her entire adult life, and served as a teacher of Comparative Religions for many years, her spiritual journey took a quantum leap when she lost her health due to the stressors of modern life. She organically reclaimed her health from the inside out--by attending to her spirit—and wrote her first book about this recovery in Coming Home to Ourselves: A Woman's Journey to Wholeness (Heart to Heart Press, 1998). Since then, Jan has written many more books, including Your Truest Self: Embracing the Woman You Are Meant to Be (Sorin Books, 2008), My Deepest Me and Portable Peace.
To deepen her spiritual journey and advance her expertise in the field of spiritual health, Jan became a certified Spiritual Director in 2001. Passionate about supporting people of all faiths as they journey through life, Jan serves as a Spiritual Health coach with an interfaith-interspiritual focus. She has a private practice in Michigan and internationally over the telephone, Zoom and Skype. Since 2002, she has been offering one-on-one spiritual direction, coaching and guidance, as well as leading contemplative workshops and retreats nationwide. Her aim is to help people maximize their physical, mental and emotional well-being by maintaining a vibrant spiritual connection. Her work in this area is rooted in the philosophy and practices of mindfulness, self-compassion, and contemplative spiritual practices sourced in the world's wisdom traditions.
Jan believes her highest purpose is to support, companion, and guide others as they fully embrace themselves as spiritual human beings living in an extremely complex and challenging, world.

What I wish for you ...
a personal note from Jan Lundy

Dear Friends,
"My Spiritual Health" is a passionate and heartfelt offering. I am excited at its potential to nourish our spirits and transform our lives! It contains the compilation of everything I've learned on my lifelong journey to reclaim my own spiritual health and to live from the fullness of my being instead of with the common alternative—stress, overwhelm, anxiety, worry, struggle—at odds with ourselves and others, disconnected from our Sacred Source.
In 1994, I took an honest inventory of my life and announced, "This is not good enough!" I set out on a personal pilgrimage to reclaim myself as a sacred being, and to deepen my relationship with the Divine. Organically, I knew if my spiritual connection was vibrant and strong, somehow the rest of my life would fall into place ... and it has.
No matter what your spiritual path, I promise that the mindsets and practices you will glean in the weekly "Spiritual Health Adjustments" will make a significant difference in your life—improve your health, calm and ease your mind, open your heart to yourself and others, and firmly plant you in the lap of Divine Love. I know that what I share works, and as I step into the final few decades of my own life, I am thrilled to know that I will be leaving a legacy of wholeness and well-being to anyone who wishes to receive it.
If you are at the place in your life where you are able to say, "This is not good enough for me," and you're truly ready to live in way that is in complete alignment with who you are meant to be as a sacred-human, then I hope you will join me. This can be our finest hour. We will rise and shine and display our newfound glory to the world so that anyone who crosses our path will be bettered by it. Breath by sacred breath, choice by sacred choice, we will embrace our highest calling and encourage others to follow our lead.
Together, we can create a new world rooted in spiritual principles that embrace all and support all. Now, more than at any other time in our history, it is vital that we begin to live in a way that is rooted in inner calm, clarity, wisdom, and compassion—with ease and grace and kindness toward all beings, including ourselves. There is no other alternative.
Indeed, may it be so. Shalom. Om Shanti, Peace. Amen.
